GoogleIv had my property with Letting Solutions now for over a year after leaving another agent. They are the most pro active agent iv been with so far. They look after the tenants and also me as the landlord. Couldn't be happier with the service, definately 5 stars...

GoogleLetting solutions? What a team! After 5 months of searching Blackpool I can honestly say no other letting agent has come close. From the very first phone call with Sally (and the many that followed) we were treated in the most professional yet so friendly way, nothing is too much trouble and it’s nice to be treated to such a fabulous service. Followed by Louise, with her fabulous sense of humor, professionalism and knowledge. I will forever be grateful to have stumbled across such an amazing team. The process of finding a property has never been so easy and stress free. For tenants and landlords alike, Letting Solutions would definitely be my go to for any future property search or let. Thank you so much Letting Solutions.

GoogleI cannot thanks Letting Solutions Blackpool enough for everything they have done for me. I am relocating abroad and didn’t have a clue where to start with renting my house out or becoming a land-lady! LSB saved the day. From the moment I reached out to the amazing team there, I knew they were the best people for the job. They took all my worries and concerns on board and guided me the whole way. I can’t recommend them enough. The whole team are warm, welcoming and extremely helpful and nothing is too much hassle for them. The whole process for me has been completely stress free and that’s thanks to the team at Letting solutions. THANK YOU X

GoogleIt's like pushing snow up hill. They don't get back in touch with you when they say they will. That leads into loosing the property that you are going for. They don't seem to know what is going on. One passes the problem to the other then again and again. Half the time they don't know what property has been let or sold until you ask about it. Then to my amazement they leave it in the window and still there now. That's to make it look like they are doing well. An American idea I could do better. I have lost property because of this. They need to more interested in being workers than glamour models. But that's just my veiw. Rubbish.

Googleused letting solutions blackpool for our first btl property this year. what a service sally, louise, sam and the team have been fantastic. so helpful. our property has been completely refurbished and they managed to get us a tenant even before the refurb had finished. not even a need for a to let board. this meant the tenant could move in as soon as carpets where down, which was perfect for us. I had heard the service was good but I have been amazed by how quickly they have managed to get all this sorted. thanks team simon
