GoogleWhat can I say, the staff have been amazing special mention to Andy, Sam & Lauren and all the staff at the Blackfen office, who have guided me through every stage of the selling and buying process, they have gone above and beyond especially when dealing with Solicitors. It's brilliant to have a team who can be the middle man between the buyer, seller and all the solicitors and for me this team have helped with my stress levels by being honest and upfront at all stages of the process. Thankyou
Hi Kelly, thank you for your kind words! We genuinely hope your Aunt settles in well and loves her new place that we know was treasured by the previous owner. It was up and down and took longer than expected but we got there in the end. Thank you again for the business from all of us @ Robinson Jackson Sidcup and Blackfen.

GoogleHighly recommend the team at Robinson Jackson! I'm a first time buyer and the team were on hand to make the process as smooth as possible for me and my partner, always ready to answer questions, great communication with prompt replies and helped guide us through the process. Andy & Harry were a great first point of contact and helped negotiate the purchase price with the seller. From there, Sam and the progression team were very helpful in getting questions answered from the seller as well as continuously following up and chasing when necessary to ensure the purchase went through as quickly as possible. Look forward to completing this week! Thanks again to the team.
Diogo, thanks for taking the time to give us a review. It was our pleasure entirely to deal with you and your purchase. We look forward to handing over the keys later this week. Congratulations on your new home. Best Wishes Andy & all the team at Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen

GoogleI am writing this review on behalf of my Mum, Mrs Moore. She moved at the end of October 2022. Robinson Jackson were recommended to us by a friend and we would definitely recommend their services too. My Mum had been in her property for over 50 years so it was all very daunting for her. Andy was so helpful in explaining the process to her, his experience and knowledge was reassuring. There were a few bumps along the way, but Andy's advice was spot on. The progression team, Sam in particular, were fantastic. We had regular updates and nothing was too much trouble. Highly professional business.
Hello Gail & Barbara, I hope both of your moves have now completed and all settled in to your new properties. It was a pleasure to deal with you both. Best Wishes from Andy, Sam and the whole team at R&J Sidcup & Blackfen.

GoogleI would say from start to finish my experience has been outstanding, way beyond expectations. From initial viewings to finding and securing the best property, we have been guided and supported by a team of experts. Of particular importance was the actual settlement process between the seller and (us) buyer. Sam was tenacious and resilient, chasing down every document, following up email queries with lightning speed, providing excellent advice and counsel on various issues. We asked for a specific settlement date at the start (and though advised by family and friends this could only ever be at best a tenuous date), and Sam moved mountains in order to deliver on that exact date. We are beyond appreciative for her attention to detail, the fast responses, overcoming obstacles all whilst being an absolute delight and joy to work with. Brilliant, just brilliant experience. Thank you all who played a part.
CONGRATULATIONS ON EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS! and thank you so much for your kind words regarding our Sam. As her boss it makes me proud that you have taken time to confirm something I know, that she is a true assets to me and the whole team here at R&J Sidcup. We all hope your Son is happy in his new home and we are here if you need us in the future. Best Wishes and Happy Christmas from Andy & the whole team @ Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen.
