GoogleFamily are currently renting. Absolutely shocking and a bunch of cowboy builders. Didnt present gas/electric safety certificates on signing of tenancy. Had problems for 2 months now with leaks. Workmen say they show and nothing. Cant wait to see the outcome of their shoddy work. #PRISON#
Dear Wayne, Your issues are clearly with your landlord as we are not the managing Agents and he has spent a substantial amount on repairs but you remain unsatisfied. Also the certificates were sent to your mother which you have both signed to say you have received which I will email to you therefore, your review is totally unjustified. As it is illegal to rent a property without any safety certificates and we fully comply with all legislative requirements.Thank you.
