Extremely rude customer service on the phone. The young lad on the phone is really rude when speaking in general, picking up the phone there is no welcome, communication and professionalism is extremely rude. I had a house viewing booked which took nearly 10 minutes to book over the phone. He had booked me for a viewing I didn't even ask for. Then rearranged to a time we had agreed on. The next day( day of the viewing) he rang and I picked up and no apologies no professionalism, just said "you can't do 2pm, it'll have to be 3pm or 4pm". I asked why as we had agreed on the time 24 hours ago and his response was "our agent is another meeting with a customer and they have more priority over you" which I found extremely rude. We then agreed to 3pm and the estate agent was late and didn't much details or information on the house. Quite disappointed considering how popular the company seems to be- work needs to be done on customer service .

They efficiently got me highly professional tenants.I have been very impressed with the highly thorough inspections and all maintenance has been carried out promptly with excellent tradesmanship.Their reports are very thorough. I don’t recommend if on benefits or disabled, I’ve noticed and have done tests to make sure with my partner account and my own, I mentioned I was on benefits my partner did not.. guess who was told “to many viewings or house is let” but my partner got offered viewings but we mentioned benefits and we never got a response back on a time to view just fully ignored.. I’ve read some similar reports and will ask Citizen advice if I can report this company or take any legal action as it’s discrimination.

Recently sold our house through Redian real estate and had a very positive experience through from Ryan coming out to value and initially chat and explain the process to Adam working with us throughout the sale, the lads where fantastic. Didn’t push us into selling and made sure it was the right price and thing for us. Rang Mayets to put in an offer on a house to be told by the rude guy on the phone that they would only be looking for offers over £150,000 even though it’s on for £145,000. Since then I’ve emailed to forward my offer with DIP but no reply. The one thing that an estate agent’s needs is good communication and they just haven’t got it!!!

I don't recommend using this agency. It involves jumping through several hoops and wasting a lot of time just to view a house(rental). It seems like they can't be bothered to do their job properly. Edit: It seems my initial assessment was accurate. Despite numerous inquiries about a property, the agency has failed to respond. However, they did find the time to reply to my review. This experience has made me feel that renting a property is akin to playing a lottery where the winner is chosen randomly.

Not answering calls during opening hours on mutiple ocassions when attempted. Past reviews indicate that this is a reoccurring issue that needs to be dealt with as a priority. If you do not have the resources to cover main duties such as call handling this could lead to loss of business overall.
