GoogleWe tried to sell our house for my mother with this agent. Sadly it turned out to be a waste of our time. Full of false promises. We were very disappointed to say the least. We decided after several months of no viewings to switch to an alternative agent in Blackburn and we are very pleased to say after 4 viewings have agreed a sale which completes on Friday. Might have had to pay more but at least we got a proper service and a result in the end.

GoogleA fantastic estate agent always available goes the extra mile in terms of customer service. Professional and considerate to all concerns either selling or buying. Added bonus of having solicitors as part of the company. Smooth transition between services kept fully informed of all progress. Very reasonably priced compared to other agents. Would I use Curtis Law again .... absolutely 10 out of 10 . 5 star rating as far as I'm concerned. I'm a very happy customer 😁

GoogleThis estate agent over values house prices aiming for the moon…their properties have been on the market for months with no demand....interest rate is at its highest and its about time they start reflecting realistic prices and they need to advise their clients to avoid disappointment as more sales have been falling through than ever.

GoogleWhat a cracking team they are down at Curtis Law Estate Agents. They professionally dealt with listing our house for sale and sold it within a day. They also kept in close contact throughout the whole process, not just with ourselves but our buyers too. We really couldn’t have asked for a better service. GoogleVery impressed when Danny came to value the house on the first visit. I was kept up to date with viewing appointments and the viewings went smoothly. What wasn't good was that I wasn't kept informed of the buyer's progress and had to contact them for updates.

FacebookAvoid. Avoid . Avoid! I purchased a house on the market with them. The seller also used CL solicitors. Both the agent and solicitor were terrible. They are incompetent and they lie! You get what you pay for! Absolute cowboys!
