GoogleWas promised a 5 star service with Haart so accepted the higher than market rates that they charged. Communication was extremely poor, they sold our house a year after going on market for 15 percent lower than asking price, the marketing of the property including photos were awful and weren’t corrected even after we complained, and the icing on the cake was when our tenant called us to say that the agent had got him to do the viewings. GoogleOverall I was very pleased with the results, a little troubled at the amount of people I spoke with that were handling my purchase - due to high turnover of staff apparently. Ended up liaising with the Vendor directly in some instances.
I hope things are now more stable to Haart in Blaby.
