Aaron in purticular was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease, making those tough decisions slightly easier in the knowledge that he would be there if and when we needed anything and the know-how to follow it all through.

GoogleWas promised a 5 star service with Haart so accepted the higher than market rates that they charged. Communication was extremely poor, they sold our house a year after going on market for 15 percent lower than asking price, the marketing of the property including photos were awful and weren’t corrected even after we complained, and the icing on the cake was when our tenant called us to say that the agent had got him to do the viewings. Communication got even worse after we complained. Have escalated to their head office and still we have not been contacted.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
