I have managed an Estate agency networked business for a High Street Banking group in the distant past and I have not encountered such a professional, customer focused and friendly group since until I invited Haart to do a valuation. They approach and treat every case as unique. You feel as a customer that they care - your needs matter to them and they have demonstrated both integrity and flexibilty in dealing with my particular situation. I have every confidence in their ability to deliver a good result for their customers and would recommend their thoughtful and creative approach to valuatiion and marketing in particular. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought and sold my first house with Haart; the review here is in relation to that: Very helpful, took great photos of my property and valued it to an accurate amount. Always kept in touch and answered any queries I had. Would use haart again if I have a house to sell! Thanks again for your services :) I now want to add on a review for our current circumstances: We decided to take the plunge and put my boyfriend's house on the market. The advice and professional manner from Steve at Haart made it an easy choice for this team to put the property in their hands. Haart Blaby are clearly a fantastic estate agent around this area; the staff are friendly, polite and have great communication - Steve, Mercedes and Sophie have been just brilliant. We're now at the stage where we're making and potentially accepting offers for the respective properties, we couldn't have done it without the professional help from the team at Haart. Thank you once again :-) Final update: the whole Haart team have been brilliant from start to finish, lots of check-ins, keeping us in the loop and just being excellent go-to guys. Can't thank them enough for the support whilst going through this whole selling & buying process. Will continue to recommend to anyone I know wanting to sell their house in the South Leicestershire area! :-)

We bought and sold through Haart, our overall process was extremely long but this was because initially we had our house on with another agent but our sale fell through twice. Haart rescued our purchase by selling our house within a day of having it on their books! The whole team are really helpful and were always at the end of a phone. Steve the manager went above and beyond on many occasions! Thanks all at Haart Blaby :-)

I have asked for my details to be removed from your database - more than once! You are now acting unsolicited by calling me!!! This company kept posting hand written envelopes to 'the homeowner' so that we would open them. I rang the local Haart estate agent and asked for our address to be removed from the database. The guy assured me this would be dealt with. I didn't give my number out and they have clearly obtained this as my number is not private and manually entered this on their database. Now I keep getting calls from their office in Colchester which rings my phone and then dials in as though I've called them! I shall now be reporting this company to trading standards for unsolicited calls - which I have a phone record of.
