We were really happy with the team at Stanford with the purchase of our property, all very helpful, and Tim Foster with dealing with the sale, he kept us informed along the way.

We were very lucky to be buying new and selling old house through Stanford. The service from the teams at Bitterne and Eastleigh branches was incredible! Great communication, quick responses/follow ups, honesty and just positive attitude throughout exceeded our expectations! From accurate valuation through to move date they were there for us. Highly professional team. Jamie, Emma, Hugh, Tim, Darren, John thank you for your hard work!

I have requested 3 times for my house to be removed from Rightmove and Zoopla as they are not getting any viewings and it is still on there. They have very poor to no communication. I have been spoken to rudely by one of the staff. They are the worst estate agents I have ever had. No confidence in them at all!!!

Well what can I say about Stanford’s estate agents at Bittern. What a team very warm and friendly. Puts you at ease as soon as you go into their beautifully refurbished office. The staff pulled out all the stops to find me the house that I was looking for and at the price I was willing to pay . And with a mortgage adviser on tap what more could you ask for. everything went smoothly as clockwork. I recommend any person or persons looking to sell or buy a house in and around the Southampton area go to Stanford’s estate first.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

23rd of July Today! I posted this review months ago and Stanford Estate Agants are still going by the excuse that this is a fake review. I assure you this is genuine. Honestly please do not go for these estate agents. The service they provided was beyond poor. They were rude on the phone and literally so fake in person you could feel they were talking about you behind your back. Most of them are extremely stuck up and never solve any problem for you unless you call like 5 times too remind them. Also do not use their mortgage broker, expect the same result from him too! 0 Stars if I could put it!! I am editing this too say that I was a genuine user of Stanford Estate Agents. This is not fake! I am not calling Stanford estate agents so I can prove that I wrote a bad review about them. I don’t need to do that!!

All of the team at Stanford have been fantastic helping us sell our home. The marketing was great quality, including a video that really showed the space on offer. I definitely recommend them. Communication has been excellent and they are always easy to get hold of and called us regularly with updates and feedback from each viewing. They also went above and beyond guiding us through the negotiations on our onward purchase which made the whole process much less stressful. Thank you so much, particularly to Cameron, Christian, Darren, Bradley and John.

Fantastic service from Billy and the team. Nothing was too much bother and it was a hassle free experience for our first home. We'd also highly recommend Sam as he organised our mortgage and got us a great deal. Stanford will be our first port of call when we come to re-mortgage or sell without a doubt.

We purchased a property through Stanford Estate Agents late 2018 and exchanged contracts early 2019. It all went very smoothly and Tim was very professional and kept in touch all the way. I would definitely recommend Tim and the team at Stanford EA to anyone either buying or selling a property. Great service and professionalism!

The best Estate Agents in Southampton. Polite, fair, efficient and sensible. No time wasters, having customers best interest in mind, what is a really rare quality these days. Looking for your dream home can be very stressful, especially if you keep in mind a good welfare of your offsprings. Jamie from Bitterne office tried his best to find us our forever home, and we are forever grateful for the time he spend with us, for all his insights and honest opinion. Wishing all the best to all agents from Bitterne office.

We have recently sold my father's property with the help of Tim, Bradley & Emma. I would highly recommend them along with Jamie from the Eastleigh branch who we had previously sold & bought through in 2016 . They are very efficient & professional, always took my calls or returned them immediately. We are extremely grateful to the whole team!!
