Ocean lettings are very efficient and professional. The only issue is some of their processes are somewhat muddled. My partner and I had to provide the same information more than once. It's also one of the longest and most complicated letting processes we've ever experienced.

After several months of renovating our home Lily Edwards at Ocean completely understood we wanted tennants who will look after the place. She helped at every step of rental process and explained all the options open to us. Would definitely recommend.

I found the whole process of buying my first flat straightforward and easy with Ocean's help. The only challenge I had was that I was dissuaded from using the solicitors I chose, having swapped from using Ocean's solicitors. But perhaps this made things difficult for Ocean.

Very good service during a challenging time. Corona Virus caused the property construction to be delayed by several months but they provided good support in allowing us to extend our mortgage offer and complete promptly once the property was complete.

TrustpilotWould fully recommend Ocean
I have now used Ocean Property Lawyers around 4 times and the service received has been faultless every time. Would fully recommend to anyone looking for property lawyers - Helen in particular has been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful over the past few years

TrustpilotExcellent. Exceeded our expectations by far.
Excellent. The most straight forward house move I have every experienced. We were kept well informed at all times. Having a solicitor on site really made such a postive difference. I would recommend using both, it took all the stress out of the process.

TrustpilotThanks Neil, Carly, Tracy and the team
Great experience with the Ocean financial services team. Neil and Carly both great for getting the mortgage offer and arranging all that - and Tracy constantly on the ball chasing up the lender and keeping me in the picture. Whiteladies Road and Bishopston branches. Very happy

TrustpilotLovely solicitor ever Ocean
It’s the best solicitor in Uk Ocean in Bristol whiteladies road. It takes me 7 weeks to finish all the procedures of buying house with them. Very good communication all the staff. I can’t recommend enough.
