I didn’t sell my property through Park Lane Properties, but I did purchase my home through them and felt I had to leave a positive review, especially for Amie. Unfortunately, the estate agents who sold our home were terrible and dishonest, and dealing with them really highlighted how exceptional Amie was. We could only wish we had an agent like her on our side. Amie was honest, professional, and communicated brilliantly throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. She did an excellent job representing her client, making sure we were financially ready to proceed and that everything was in place, which made the whole purchase far smoother than it could have been. I truly hope her client also leaves a positive review, as Amie was fantastic. She sets the bar incredibly high within the industry, and other estate agents, especially ours should really take a leaf out of her book. We recently sold our property through Park Lane, and we were really impressed with the service from start to finish. Although the sale ended up taking quite a long time (through no fault of the agents), they handled everything professionally and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Amie was always approachable, proactive, and quick to respond to any questions, and Chloe did a great job managing the viewings and presenting the property. We always felt that things were being looked after, even during the more drawn-out stages. Overall, we were very happy with the support we received and would definately recommend them to others.

I would definitely recommend using Park Lane for your house sale or purchase. Chloe supported with our house sale all the way through. She went above and beyond with regular contact with all parties, letting me know about processes when difficulties occurred and working hard to ensure she had all the correct up to date information for me. Due to additional processes we were asked to do by the buyers solicitors which were thrown in at late stages, I found the sale very stressful, but Chloe's help, knowledge and support was invaluable. She regularly checked details with all parties, helping me to make informed choices. Her reassurance also helped reduce my stress levels. From day one speaking to David Worrell of Park Lane Property Agents, we knew they were the right choice to sell our house. Not only did they have a plan to sell the property, their marketing strategy was well considered and in line with our understanding of the demographics. Compared to others in the area, they knew the true value of the house and what could be achieved realistically. Their advice was spot on. It was truly great to find an agent that worked for and put the customer first rather than achieve a sale at any cost. Throughout the process David and his team kept us apprised of developments that could affect our thinking and our own purchasing plans. I couldn't recommend Park Lane estate agents enough, they wasn't our direct agent but they were the agents for the property we were buying. From day one when our chain started to become complex, Amie was a fountain of knowledge, she informed us at every opportunity, positively and negatively and she was persistent with contacting relevant services and get our sale pushed through. Wow, what can I say about park Lane, absolutely first class, from the first meeting with David he set out the approach they would be taking to sell our house, saying they will be sending buyers not viewers around to our property, and thats what we got sold to the first couple on the first weekend. in fact all the viewings that weekend are very positive and active buyers, the viewings were done by Amie, feedback straight away, from getting our buyers she was in constant contact managing the solicitors and the buyers, this was the least stressfully house sale I have every known, great service from start to finish, cant thank them enough . Should you want an Estate Agent, who will go the extra mile for you, then Park Lane Properties Agents to use. From the day, that David came to price my Mother's house, to the day of completion, I knew they were the ones to use. David and Amie were so professional and supportive, in what was to be a long drawn out process. No question asked was to small for them to deal with. The personal touch, that David and Amie gave me, was exemplary, which made everything so much easier. I felt that I was given the personal touch and that I was not just a number. Amie was always on the case, when any issues arose, and would immediately chase up and sort out the issues and report back to me quickly. I cannot thank David and Amie enough for all they have done.
