After a wobbly handover when the company became Intercounty a few years ago, they have become an efficient , easy to deal with, letting agency that always get us decent tenants. Intercounty keep us informed in changes to the law, maintenance problems and any issues with the tenancy. After discussion they then deal with any issues or problems accordingly.

He also very kindly arranged access to the property when we had builders needing to quote which was very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Intercounty's services.

Dreadful company. Employs bullies and incompetent time-wasters. Lets out properties that don't meet environmental standards. There's lots of letting agents out there, choose a different one!

You will recall over the 10 years of your tenancy that regular property inspections were made which ensure compliance.
