Thank you for your feedback, we are fortunate to receive very positive feedback in the main so are not dismissive of anything negative. I have taken a look at our notes and can certainly see regular communication between the landlord, our property management team and yourselves however I am very happy to look at this further if you wish to contact me, jamessutton@intercounty.co.uk. Wherever possible a 12 month renewal is offered which would incur less charges and I understand this was the case. All charges are set out in writing prior to entering any agreement to ensure there is a clear expectation.

Intercounty is only concerned with making a sale, any sale, by any means. They have utterly non existent communication skills, either can't or won't talk to each other internally and treat buyers like they are scum. This seems to be deeply culturally inbred into the firm - every single dealing I have had with them is just miserable. I have blacklisted them for six months as a result of their most recent incompetence.

GoogleDoug Whybrow my sales progressor was brilliant. He continuously followed up with me almost weekly to make sure things were moving ahead. His professionalism and client focus was highly appreciated. Intercounty as a while was also always very b kind and responsive. They explained things great and took the time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase.
