Our offer got accepted on a property. Our solicitors carried out searches and reported back with a shocking find. 10,000 homes + major intersections were being built in & around this beautiful historical village, where the property was located. We asked the estate agents on numerous occasions about any pertinent information which could effect the property. When the estate agent was confronted (Sarah G) she was unapologetic and couldn’t care less. Her attitude was appalling and proves yet again at how 99.9% of estate agents are clueless amateurs.

The whole process of selling our flat was done in a very friendly and professional way. I have moved a few time over the past few years and have always found estate agencies difficult to work with but this has certainly changed with my recent experience with Intercounty Bishops Stortford. The 2 Harry’s and Reece who work there and the lady her gave us a 2nd viewing worked fabulously throughout the process. They are by far the best agents I have dealt with and that has been a few. GoogleI have looked for a house to buy in Bishops Stortford nearly for a year. I found Intercounty estate agents the most professional and patient. Especially Jack Hills, Megan Izhod, and sales progressor Doug Whybrow were second to none in their help towards nominating the house to buy, put an offer, get offer accepted, and get the completion done. I would not hesitate to recommend them! They do great job!!!

We recently finally sold our house after a very protracted process during a very difficult time. we have nothing but praise for the way in which Intercounty, and James Nunn in particular, dealt with even the most upsetting and unexpected events that occurred. The professionalism of the staff throughout was exemplary. Thanks also to Helen who conducted the viewings and enabled us to obtain an offer well above asking on the property in ten days. The support from the Intercounty team in progressing the sale was much appreciated.

GoogleAbsolutely professional, so helpful, super friendly and communication is so great. Kristy is invaluable in helping at all stages. I was kept informed of progress at all points. Any problem or query I have she deals with it instantly and gets it sorted, she really is one of a kind and should be regarded as one of the best in the property management game.
