GoogleIf you're a tenant i would best avoid........ There contract means nothing when they fail to meet there own requirements........ after paying £57000 in rent with no EPC or gas safety certificates and all we get from the agents is we don't want to talk about it any more ....... after 8 emails asking were is EPC and gas safety certificates we get the call to say you can have your deposit back from the DPS so long as you put in writing you will not contact trading standards or pursue the landlord in any civil proceedings........ not what your own contract says is it now

Will not return calls , cancelled a viewing on property as went under offer even though viewing arranged one day before, thought booked viewings were to be completed before submitting offers, disgusting way to treat potential purchasers, will not look at any property with them its a waste of time
