A terrible experience with Robinson’s of Spennymoor so unprofessional the way they treat customers having saying the sale was accepted then 45 minutes later saying seller had changed his mind and went with first time buyers with mortgage when we were cash buyers I wouldn’t trust these people one bit that’s for sure

Had a.house viewing booked in with Robinson took time off work arrived at the house nobody in when I rang Robinson they told me the owners had accepted another offer. Complete waste of my time when all it would of taken was a phone call to inform me of the situation. Totally unacceptable.
Thanks for your review Rachael. The property was not sold but did have an acceptable offer on it, which we were waiting confirmation of finance, hence why the property was still available. The owner said they would of been with you in around 20 minutes. Good luck with your property search.

Yes fantastic with the pandemic it was a strange time but one individual of staff working there call Joy, went over and beyond to make sure that the actual exchange went through. Before everything was went to plan I was kept up-to-date throughout the initial sale. Any queries I had but answered swiftly.

I have bought 2 properties and sold 1 through Robinson's. During the buying process they were faultless, with excellent communication. That would have got 5 stars. For the selling process the fees were reasonable and relatively inclusive. Communication however was largely nonexistent after I had accepted an offer, and this lost the last star.
