Fantastic from start to finish. Sold my partners house within a weekend and kept us up to date with properties that may of been in our interest. Purchasing the new property was great, couldn’t fault communication and service at all. Would certainly recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.

Without the efficient and friendly updates from Robinsons we would not have completed on the property when we did. Always kept us up to date liaising with both our solicitors and those of the other side every step of the way despite the difficulties with communication on the otherside. I have nothing but praise for the Ingleby Barwick branch of Robinsons. Donna especially went above and beyond for me and managed to secure me another house within one day of my previous landlord letting me know that he needed his house back. The selling of my property wasn’t good. Had no interest/viewings until I complained/wanted to cancel the contract. Communication was lacking. The sales progression side of the business (after sale) was excellent. Communication was excellent. Always returned my calls and answered all my queries. Kept me up to date every step until completion.

The Robinsons team was welcoming when I walked through the door one weekend. The person I valued the most was Joy Cruddas. She really helped expedite my move. Joy pushed my solicitor who frankly worked at a snails pace. If it wasn't for all of Joy's hard work - I suspect that I'd still be waiting to move
