Our sale was dealt with professionally from initial valuation ( along with an excellent set of photographs ) right through to final completion/handing over our keys. We were kept informed of progress on a regular basis. We would recommend the Darlington branch to anyone selling their property. They market the property at a realistic price in order to attract a "proceedable" purchaser. They have an excellent team at the branch.

TrustpilotRobinsons
Robinsons were amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication through out, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was on track with the purchase. The service me and my partner received, especially from Elaine, was faultless. We really couldn’t of asked for anything more. Thank you so much for all of your help, you made moving home that little bit easier!

TrustpilotThe best estate agents I’ve known.
It was fabulous to have the experience and professionalism of the Robinsons CLS team behind us in a tricky house sale. Michelle, in particular, as well as Karen and Chelsea, worked hard to keep everything on track and get the chain’s solicitors aligned. Kept us very informed - best estate agents I’ve ever used.

TrustpilotExemplary Service
Robinsons Sedgefield office provided me with a faultless service. As an Executor to a will I instructed them to sell a property following probate. As I live on the south coast having such a reliable service was hugely reassuring and removed the stress. They were always on the end of the phone, and without exception helpful and patient. Such a great team, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

TrustpilotAll very positive throughout
All very positive throughout. I was slightly put off on first contact by a slight mix up with dates/ times at the very outset of the process when arranging to have the property valuation done. It seems the office had made a diary error - but phoned phoned to correct it - so no harm done. After that all was very smooth and Anita ( Sedgefield office) was extremely professional. Thanks.

We recently sold a property using Robinsons, Bishop Auckland after looking around at other potential estate agents. From start to finish the whole process was smooth, and made what can be a stressful process anything but. Our property sold within 4 weeks of being listed and the sale went through with total success shortly afterwards. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property with ease.

Robinsons marketed and sold my property in a very short space of time despite the buyer having problems with his mortgage company. They constantly chased things up to speed the sale along and kept me informed every step of the way. I was extremely grateful for the sound advice their knowledgable staff in the Durham office were able to offer me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone
