During COVID the team have been ok. However I have had to ring for updates, ask for chases etc which would have been better if every time an update happened I was informed. I had a few no show viewings on a weekend when the branch was closed so I had to just wait. However when I did phone I was always greeted by a friendly voice. Thank you.

Don’t bother with these sharks kept my bond money stating things were broken that weren’t and we’re fully working order when we left after the £45k + I’d paid in rent over the time I was there this leaves a bitter taste in my mouth

These conditions typically involve ensuring the property is left clean, undamaged, and well-maintained, and that all rent and financial obligations are up to date.Following your departure, our team conducted a thorough inspection of the property to evaluate its condition. This evaluation was shared with our client. Unfortunately, they identified some issues with their property that they would like addressing, specifically concerning repairs and cleaning, before they can agree to any part of the bond being released.To ensure a fair resolution, we are currently addressing these concerns with our client. Robinsons were transparent all the way from advising on and negotiating a fair price for the property, showing and quickly advertising the property and making a quick sale. They also have a process for advising on a solicitor for conveyancing for a fixed price which was very helpful. We knew from start to finish how much we would pay the commission was very reasonable and well worth it for the customer support given.

I used Robinsons to sell a family member's house who sadly died in April 2020& it has been a difficult time because of the pandemic and the fact that we live 5 hours away.I have used estate agents many times as we used to renovate property & Robinson's service has been excellent. Robinsons took special care of us as we were purchasing a bungalow in Darlington. We were moving 200 miles from our previous home and they were always on the end of the phone or e-mail if we needed them.
