I've been renting from Robinson Lettings for about four months now, and honestly, it's been pretty frustrating. At first, they were super quick to respond when I was signing the lease. But once I moved in, it's like they just forgot about me.I've had a leaking ceiling for three weeks now. my sofa and rug are getting ruined, and they still haven't fixed it. Then there's the radiator in the living room that stopped working about a month ago. No response from them, and I can't even hang out in my living room because it's too cold.And don't get me started on the dishwasher. It broke down three weeks ago, and I was told a manager would call me back. It's been a week, and I've heard nothing. It's really not what I expected after how they were before I moved in.I wouldn't recommend them at this point. The service has been pretty shoddy, and it feels like they don't care once you're in the house.

Our team has consistently reached out promptly and made several attempts to schedule maintenance, inspections and deliveries, considering your availability. This is the second time I've sold through Robinson's Sedgefield, I wouldn't trust my sale with anyone else. Ryan the manager has become almost like a friend, supportive and understanding, responsive to emails and messages, always on my side. House selling can be an emotive thing, but Ryan takes time to ensure its as pain-free as possible. Hopefully I won't have to use them again for a while, but if I do, I hope this team is still there.

I have been in the process of buying my first house and found the property through Robinsons of Sedgefield. I have so far viewed the house 3 times and each time I have been shown round by Ryan who has been such a lovely person, turning up on time and would always ring and let you know if plans would change, helping out with queries and answering questions, contacting the Sellers to clarify things and dealing with any small enquiry and getting back to me quickly. He also showed me lots of other houses until finding the right one for me and each time was very professional. The team at Robinsons have been amazing and would definitely recommend them. Also I must mention Sharon and Danni in the office who have also helped me with the process especially when I was worried or unsure they would always put my mind at ease. although purchasing a house is stressful Robinsons have made it less so by their helpful attitude. I can not thank them enough and will be sure to use Robinson Sedgefield again in the future

Absolutely appalling! 2 viewings had to get cancelled, first one the agent didn't have a key, rescheduled viewing got there 10mins early only to be told there was a glitch with the website for sending me a viewing for that day - when it was sent by a staff member and confirmed by another staff member. Please do better next time, a big shame as the house looked great! Hopefully someone will get to view it soon!
