Another false promise by St Modwen. After my last one star review, I was contacted via Facebook DM. The team advised forwarding my emails and they would arrange for the North West Team to address my concerns. This was brilliant service although a little late as it had already been months of no response to my communications.

Had some work carried out today on various cosmetic issues around the home. Matt Thorpe did a brilliant job! We had a dent in the wall you’d never think was ever there! Very professional job. Matt also went above and beyond and helped with a few other issues that I’d pointed out. Excellent service all round. And more importantly, he’s definitely made the missus happy which is often difficult to do! 🤣🤣 Top man. Cheers!

Great home designs, owned our current home in Cofton Hackett for over 3 years. The major issue though is the corners that are cut and lack of accountability after they take your money. Customer service and them maintaining the estate, any snagging, etc. as they are required to has been utter s***. If you are a new buyer or looking at one of their houses, don’t let yourself get sucked in on the design alone, they will absolutely devalue your house and experience with everything they fail to do at the back end. Utter utter s***.

Matt came out to help fix some sealant surrounding the sink splash back area and also fix an issue with the pipes behind the walls. He was polite, professional, he gave advice on post care of the fixture. He completed the task professionally, the walls looked brand new, the area was neat and tidy after the jib was complete and he even wore protective cover on his shoes so not to dirty my carpet. Thank you.

A smooth transition into our new home at Pear Tree Fields.We obviously had a snagging list, nothing was too much trouble for our customer service manager Dan, he is very empathetic to customer expectations.We had no intention of purchasing a brand new home, but due to time restraints we were left with little choice. St Modwen homes made it a swift and smooth experience and we are delighted with the build quality and finish.

Wow, from start to finish we’ve had nothing but a great experience buying a St Modwen home. Simon and Toni from sales have been so helpful during the whole moving process. Any questions or queries were answered promptly and openly. I felt they both went above and beyond to get us into our perfect dream home. Since moving in, we’ve had nothing but a great experience. Our home is perfect and completed to such a high standard! We’ve had multiple check in’s from Liam and the rest of the building team and the level of communication is so reassuring. I know if there ever was a problem we wouldn’t be concerned about it not being addressed. 10/10 service and satisfaction. Couldn’t ask for anything more really. I would recommend a St Modwen home to anyone in a heartbeat.

St Modwen homes has been an absolute dream to work with, moving home can be stressful, but the staff we have dealt with have been nothing more than amazing. Paula will literally bend over backwards to make sure that the sale goes through smoothly her efforts really made the process wonderful. Josh with the aftercare has been top notch, checking in with us to make sure everything is perfect and no question is too much hassle for him, friendly and genuinely wants to help to make sure our home is perfect and Callum who helped us some small jobs around the house was fabulous and would recommend him in a heart beat! Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team overall have nothing bad to say.

Following move-in in April, we have had a handful of issues with guttering, heating and plumbing.But this is a positive review for Dan! Every time I have reached out via text/phone (I have probably got on his nerves) he has got back to me straight away or came round the house to investigate quickly. We bought our first new build through St Modwen on the Stillwater site in Glan Llyn and they have been amazing from start to finish. I don’t think we would have got there if it hadn’t been for Paula’s (sales) constant chasing of the chain. She was often the only one who knew what was going on as she spoke to every level of the chain unlike our estate agent and solicitor and kept us regularly informed. Post move, both Paula and Josh (customer services) have been fantastic. They have dealt with issues promptly and effectively. I would highly recommend them. It’s a shame there are so many 1* reviews. Perhaps some sites are better than others, or they are written by competitors 😔. Suggest all the 1* reviewers move to Glan Llyn 😜 as this team are fantastic! Massive thanks for making our move and transition an easy one!

We have paid for upgraded kitchen but standard units have been installed. We have to wait more than 3 months to actually get this case moved forward. Constant changes of customer service site manager (3 person in 14 months) and not very supportive team with their call centre (asking me to give them 5star review so she can get a free lunch). Only bonus goes to Louise as she actually tries to help with all the issues. In general low standards happily accepted and promoted by this company is their daily bread and butter.

St Modwen Homes are the worst company to rent or purchase a property from. They have not resolved a mould and damp issue on a property which has persisted for 6 months. My sister and her partner are due to have their first child in a less than a weeks time. They have a customer service team which are not qualifed professionals who are commenting on construction related matters. I have persisted with them to try and reach a resolution to no avail. Stmodwen homes do not care. Avoid this company like the plague.

Great experience purchasing my first apartment from St. Modwen's. Signed up early doors, it's been a very smooth process since, from contracts, picking out the kitchen, bathroom tiles etc, to moving in!
