GoogleWe have used Siddall-Jones to find tenants for our property portfolio since Ed started his business and have always found the team to be professional and responsive. Using an Agent that phones you back when leaving a message is a rare commodity.

GoogleArranged a viewing over a week ago to view a commercial property in Birmingham. Arrived at 10:50am yesterday for 11am. At 11:05 no one had arrived, so I contacted their office. I was told their colleague had left and would be with us any minute. 30 mins later, no one had turned up - so we decided to leave at 11:35am. We had travelled almost an hour to view the property, so in total over 2.5 hours was wasted. Totally unprofessional, I did not bother calling again, as we were not going to wait any longer. Clearly have no customer service.

Google😞Absolutely disgraceful behaviour, tried to initially put an offer to purchase the property as it was initially advertised for £300k to then £350+. Then saying it’s not available to purchase after making an offer and the vendors decided to rent, so they say!!! Then they asked for my accounts and afterwards they mentioned that Emma pierce’s college has taken someone else’s offer. So unprofessional and it’s better to be straight with someone than to tell a pack of lies. If you are looking to rent, purchase or even advertise your property, I’d stay very clear from this scrupulous company as they are very, unprofessional 😳.

Google🤦🏻♀️I have never met such an unprofessional estate agent(Ryan) in my life, and when I see any unit represented by this company in the future, I will not consider renting/buying. If you choose to use their services👎🏻, it is definitely a waste of your own time. Especially if you're unlucky enough to meet “Ryan”, as others have said in the comments below, he won't email you back and won't find him on the phone. It will takes him two weeks or more to reply an extremely unclear answer to you, even if he has been contracted to draft you, when you have questions, he still does not reply to you. Why send the contract draft 🤷🏻♀️, if you don’t want to continue the process??? No one is going to wait for you fever!! Dear landlords, I wish you the best of luck, if your property has not been rented out, it is not that no one is interested, but the company chooses to ignore it. No matter how much patience you have, and how politely you ask, they are all very indifferent and may simply disappear.

GoogleRyan has given me lots of good advice over the years regarding a commercial property, and valued the premises, more than once, free of charge. I decided to sell in over the summer, Ryan marketed the property and had viewings arranged within a week. He secured multiple offers at the price I was seeking and we completed on the sale within 2 months. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return, the whole process excellent.

GoogleI have tried on several occasions to talk to the so called person dealing with a property for sale, in two weeks I have had no feed back, no calls. This must be the most unprofessional estate agent in the country, you constantly get told by the office staff the person you need to speak to is out the office, I would certainly like a job like his being paid to be out the office, never returning calls and being paid. GoogleWe saw an office to let , through this agency . The representative was a guy called Ryan. From the start they were not very responsive and delayed answering our enquiries. We ultimately made an offer which was accepted by the owner. While waiting for the relevant documentation, Ryan took another offer to the owner .Why? An offer was on the table accepted and agreed. Under offer was not put on the advertisement. Having chased too many times to mention, we finally received a dismissive reply saying they had accepted the other offer. Now this may not be illegal. However, it does smack of a lack of good old fashioned professionalism. We will never use this agency again. I would advise others to steer clear. You will only be disappointed. I will be more than happy to have a discussion with Ryan’s line manager, should they think I’m wrong.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Mr Jackson, thank you for your email. With all due respect you made two offers on a rental property which were significantly below the quoting rental. Furthermore, we let the subject property within the first week at the quoting rental and despite informing you of this, you continued to make an offer (1 month later) below the advertised rental. We act in the best interest of our client and whilst we take your feedback on board our client was very happy we managed to negotiate a rental at the market price. As a commercial property solicitor, it is great to have an agent who is pro-active and responsive, as it helps to resolve any issues that arise and get the deal done. Would recommend to property owners looking to sell/lease.

GoogleWe recently tried to rent a commercial property that SJ had. Ryan the representative had zero knowledge nor could answer any of our inquiries. Weeks later still no emails, month later we received an email that our offer was declined with no explanation as to why. Many attempts later to speak to anyone other then receptionists fell on death ears. Terrible run business all should avoid at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleRude, unprofessional, time wasters. Little man thinks he's a big shot. If you approach siddle Jones's be prepared to be overcharged. They will create false bidding wars on properties and try and hook you into a false bidding battle. Siddle jones are less than adequate in commercial lettings I would never ever approach siddle jones again. I urge landlords not to use this company. If the managing director wasn't around so much perhaps excuses could be made. On this occasion he is in the office 9-5 between meetings... Apparently. But he won't ring you back far too important for customers.
