GooglePut a deposit down for a house and nothing was explained clearly and they didn't keep to their own deadlines. I pulled out before actually renting as I already have terrible landlords! Bad admin and unprofessional. Wish I'd have read the reviews first.

GoogleThe worst customer service experience I have ever had. The agency were unable to sort out a problem that they have created and ended up losing a house and did not have a place to live. I do not recommend anyone this place to rent a house. Really bad experience
