GoogleStudent here. I would give Oakmans zero stars if I could. Absolutely impossible to contact anyone useful. They take weeks to fix important and dangerous maintenance issues. They are not transparent at all with their tenants and clearly only have financial gain involved. Definitely avoid if possible.

GoogleI only have good things to say about Oakmans. From the day I walked into the door until we purchased our house the service was excellent. The communication was constant and we knew exactly what was going on at all times (this is such a benefit and rare with estate agents). I would and have recommended Oakmans to people.
