Upon picking up my keys they gave me a "moving home" gift box with few treats and vouchers in which I thought was a very lovely touch. Stacey picked up the problem, and she couldnt have been more helpful or friendly if she tried - bubbly, attentive, excellent customer service, chased the contractor until the job was sorted and aftercare was spot on.
