GoogleCristiana Plati at Knight Frank Birmingham has been such an amazing estate agent who was so supportive and helpful during my extremely stressful purchases of some off plan flats in Coventry. She was available 24 hours a day, even called me on her days off to 'hold my hand' and keep me as calm as possible, which is such a nice thing for an estate agent to do. I am massively impressed with her professionalism, genuine kindness and huge wish to help her customers.
