I've just called Knight Frank expecting the normal lengthy wait we've all come to expect from companies claiming we are value customers, but no: the call was immediately picked up by the very polite and extremely helpful Ehteshaam Ahmed. He listened to my query and helped with the issue I had without delay. I then asked him about something unrelated and he explained that it was a completely different team but that he would contact them and not just ask them to call me, but explain the issue I had to them and our call then ended. With a couple of minutes I had received an email from Ehteshaam attaching the correct document he had looked out for me and a covering letter explaining what action he had taken viz the other issue. Exceptional! Well don't Enteshaam. I hope you (and your boss(es)) get to see this review. If more companies had more people like you the world would be a better, happier place. Thank you

My partner and I have been residing in a property managed by Knight Frank for the past three years, and I must commend the team for being amongst the finest in the market. Our property manager, Mo, has been particularly responsive when it comes to property maintenance. Issues with the door lock and dishwasher, which had been causing inconvenience for a while, were promptly addressed. Upon sending Mo an email for assistance, we received a swift response from the repair team, and both problems were efficiently resolved within five working days, a commendable turnaround time in the UK.Mo has consistently demonstrated consideration and patience in dealing with our queries. Last summer, when we were exploring the option of renewing our lease, Mo played a crucial role in facilitating communication with the landlord and the renewal team. The information provided was both precise and concise, making the entire process seamless. Overall, we are highly satisfied with Mo's professionalism and the excellent service provided by Knight Frank's team.

I let a small property with Knight Frank and have tenants who have incurred a lot of damage regularly. Trying to find the balance between rent and repair is never easy, but Wendy Gilchrist handled the negotiations with exceptional skill. Fully recognising it is the tenant's home as well as my building the negotiations were balanced for both sides and the result was a re-signing on a long-term let. It's not easy to put a price on a home, but it's easy to see the cost of maintenance. If both parties come out happy, it's a successful negotiation and worth noting. Appreciated and perhaps most importantly - recommended not just for lettings, but for long-term partnerships all around.

I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong
