She used her initiative, showed me an apartment I had not asked to see but she thought would be suitable. What made their service special was how the unexpected was dealt with in a calm and professional manner - and this made all the difference as stress levels rose. We have worked with K-F's Esher and Cobham offices for several years now and rate them highly for two principal reasons.1. They know the market our properties are in and find suitable tenants quickly and effectively. We have had next to bo gaps between tenancies. Also, they know where to set prices which we do not.2. They get on with stuff. They communicate well and when things go wrong, like a tradesman fails to do a job properly or, as happened with us, when a tenant's dog did an unacceptable level of damage, they dealt with it as we would have wished, courteously, fairly and firmly.

The service I received from all the staff at Knight Frank throughout the course of my purchase was friendly and unfailingly professional. As soon as my offer was accepted I was assigned a designated contact in the office, which was immediately reassuring after a recent bad experience with a different agent and purchase. Their liaison with my solicitor and the vendor to obtain answers to my various queries was prompt and efficient, and I was kept regularly updated with developments without even having to ask, via clear and detailed emails. I never had to chase for information, and there was always a friendly voice available to take my calls. When I finally collected my keys on completion I was handed an unexpected but very appreciated bag of lovely edible (and drinkable!) goodies, and it was lovely to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful during the process (and in resolving some minor post-sales issues). The whole experience was as stress-free as I could have wished and their professionalism inspired confidence from start to finish. The team were outstanding in every respect and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home!
