GoogleChris and Kay were fantastic. I’ve had bad experiences with letting agencies but they were fantastic. Everything went smoothly and easy to contact with any issues resolved quickly and good communication throughout the tenancy. Sad to leave the flat we were in but only left due to being homeowners !

GoogleThanks to Inciti Lettings and staff member Kay I moved into the penthouse they were advertising with ease. Paperwork & documents was handled efficiently with no problems whatsoever. They are a small team but they go above & beyond to get things done, especially Kay, thanks for all your help much appreciated. I would strongly recommend Inciti Lettings as a first choice.

GoogleInciti Lettings have been managing my property for over 10 years now. I have found them to be honest, reliable and trustworthy. They always keep me updated with regards to my property. Chris is tenacious, thorough and prompt and if a job needs doing, he will ensure it is done. I know my property is in safe hands with these guys as I can tell they really do care about my property the same way that I do.

GoogleI used inciti to rent a flat. Before this I had quite a few issues with other estate agents when I was renting in the city centre. I have to say inciti were excellent overall, and there were no such problems. Any issues/ queries I had were promptly responded to. I dealt with Kay and Chris and they were both excellent.

From a thorough and comprehensive viewing of the property & processing of our rental application with speed, to always being on hand to answer any questions and accommodating of any requests for help we've made as tenants during the let, I cannot recommend Kay at Inciti Lettings highly enough. GoogleI've had a bit of bad luck recently with a tenant requesting to leave after only 2 months. This news could have caused me a huge problem, but fortunately Chris at Inciti Lettings has dealt with it quickly and efficiently so it has caused me zero stress! Chris managed to find a brand new tenant, almost immediately, that has moved in at no additional cost to me as a landlord. Fantastic service!
