GoogleHunters (Handsworth) is an absolute disgrace. If this is a franchise, I sincerely hope Hunters the parent body disowns them. Completely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, incompetent, and likely family run, because these people are unemployable otherwise. Hunters- parent body- please carry out some quality assurance (mystery buyers/ sellers?) of your franchises because places like this wreck your reputation and may well get you sued. If you're selling your house with them, good luck. They won't even forward offers which is legally obligated! Perhaps it's a ploy to make sellers sell to them directly for dirt cheap. Wouldn't put it beyond them. I am working with a few estate agents in the area and this one compares awfully with the others. Avoid!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was a first time buyers, I went to many different agents, finally found a property with Hunters, they were extremely helpful and professional, Hunters helped me find a good financial adviser and my solicitors too who were excellent. Being a first time buyer I assumed buying my first house would be difficult, however I thank Hunters and their team for all their input for making this look easy and taking away all my stress. I would recommend Hunters to anyone that is looking for a property. Thank you Hunters once morePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI don't like Estate Agents so for me to be writing this either means: A) All at Hunters Estate Agent, Handsworth B21 are decent, 100% honest and truly professional or B) I fell over and bumped my head... ... Alas no bump on head so thank you for a hassle free sale and for obtaining the true market value which other Agents failed to achieve. GoogleVery unprofessional, rude over the phone when I enquired about fees.Told me he doesn't have much time for me, and he he needs to go now, meaning he was going to end the call on me and couldn't answer all the questions I had about my property.

GoogleUnprofessional manner received from the estate agent. I have booked two appointments slots to view two properties. The estate did not call to cancel the appointment and did not turn up. Hope you will continue treating customer unfairly like this. I ll take further actions as you are regulated company. Very bad experience with the Hunter.

GoogleSold my property through this office. The team were very professional. Kept me updated on all interest in the property, managed viewings and forwarded all information on offers. Once I'd accepted an offer they continued to keep me updated on the purchaser's progress. I would highly recommend them.
