GoogleWorked with Amir recently. He found me a decent tenant for my property in Handsworth and most recently did a valuation in 2 days with value as expected. Amir is very communicative, pleasant to deal with and responsive on WhatsApp (my preferred communication channel for speed) Would definitely recommend him and Hunters in general.

GoogleRef, 2 Grasmere Road,Handsworth I am also living on Grasmere Road they have put tenants in 2 Grasmere Road who are the most filthy and dirty tenants on the road Who have been collecting rubbish bins and dumping them on the road along with all there anti social behaviour on the road, and dumping sofas dumped rubbish on the corner disgraceful. How can this agency have tenants like this beyond belief.

GoogleLandlords stay well clear they have a property they are managing, 2 grasmere road handsworth we residents living on the road have had nothing but hell from there tenants From constant fly tipping on the road antisocial behaviour the property is a magnet for rubbish for the last number of years we residents have just found out that there professional agency are managing agents clearly shows how they are managing properties

GoogleRang up to enquire about a property advertised on sale. Extremely rude staff, very dismissive and not interested at all. Refused to let me view the property because they were too busy. Was promised call backs which never happened. The attitude over the telephone has been disgraceful and I’ve never met them in person so I’d dread to think what that’d be like. Seems to be quite a few other reviews also highlighting the same behaviour. Not recommended on this basis.
