GoogleIan and Chris at Green & Co Boldmere are great, really helpful and responsive. But the prize for being “bloody wonderful” has to go to Shakila. Even when circumstances are very trying she has the patience to go above and beyond her job to get the sale progressed as quickly as possible. Thanks for doing such great job, would highly recommend them all.

GoogleI was pleased with Green & Company Boldmere and would recommend them because they managed my sale and purchase with calm professionalism and the third-party solicitors and mortgage broker they recommended provided a good, affordable service. Their whole process from beginning to end was smooth, well-communicated, and professional. At no point did I feel like I needed to "manage" the estate agents and they were also available to answer my queries about the process and next steps so I felt in control and prepared - there are enough spinning plates with buying/selling a house but I was able to almost ignore the estate agency part of it, confident that Green & Co. were working on my behalf in the background.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotBAD EXPERIENCE, DISGUISING SERVICE!
My Experience with Green & Co (Great Barr) has been a very bad one. I viewed a property which i liked very much and had put an offer in right after the viewing, I was told that I was the highest bidder however the vendor wishes for the viewings to go on however I would be kept updated as I was very keen on the property. The agent was very polite at the start (because we were the highest bidders) I was promised a phone call on Saturday and Monday for an update however I did not receive a call. I called them to speak to the agent however she was 'busy'. I then emailed her to which she still has not responded (its been 4 weeks) I decided to call them back and speak to another agent who had told me that the property had been sold. They are very sales orientated and just want to earn their commissions, they do not care about their customers.
