I'm renting a room with this agency and it was very good to work with them. The agent (Hussein) that take care of my process was amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. He made sure that I had all the legal paperwork with no hiding fees and after the first month he asked me how was it going. The price-quality is excellent. I rented a flat with this place and the agency was the worst agency ever they don't fix anything they don't reply to messages and ignore you and when you move out they don't give you your deposit back until you put up a fight the whole time I lived at the flat I had a broken shower and the owner him self kept promising to fix it but instead came made it worse and i lived at the beginning without a cooker for 3 months even tho I was promised one within the month absolutely do not recommend this agencyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Disgusting letting agency their staff is very cunning they lie and try to get more money from you they charged me more deposit than was first agreed £400 more and their apartments are filthy not clean at all they gave me a broken fridge and dirty carpet they don't want to spend any money they only want to steal money from you
