GoogleThese past few months has been quite difficult for us finding a good property near our workplace. And we came across this property managed by EZ Homes LTD. It has good-sized bedrooms, well- fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. It is also spacious & cozy. They are also quick to respond to queries & very easy to reach. We also had some issue regarding the property when we moved in but it has been sorted by the agency promptly. Thank you EZ Homes LTD & especially to Hussein, a very professional agent, excellent at his job. We’ve been to several viewings before and met a lot of agents, but unlike the others, he is very knowledgable and know every single detail that we asked.

However, EZ Homes LTD helped me with the accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with great amenities such as high-speed internet, study table, and common areas to share with others. After my studies, I transitioned to the family accommodation as my family had arrived, and it was again EZ Homes LTD who just helped me find a fantastic accommodation. The spacious apartment perfect for my family, with well-equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces that truly feel like home. I would like to thank EZ Homes LTD management for being helpful. It's the right and best place to find a student, sharing or family accommodation.

GoogleWe rent a property 126 solihull road B113AF via this agency EZ homes ltd. on 1st april. We are facing issue like leakage, Hot water bolier doesn't working and washing machine missing. The manager name Hussain said to fix these issue last month but nothing happened. We did email, call and text everything. We have all proofs. Don't recommend this agency.

GoogleDO NOT work with this agency. We had an incredibly frustrating experience with this letting agency. Their communication was unclear and disorganised, with Chanel not having a clue what was going on and telling us we had passed referencing, only for the manager, Hussain, to later say we hadn't. His reasoning? Our references didn’t answer his call on a Sunday afternoon. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and they have no idea how to speak to people properly over the phone. I would suggest working with another agency where staff are trained properly.

GoogleProfessional team in the meaning of all aspects of their work. Clearly their customers are their No.1 priority. Honesty in what they say and friendly. I called to view a flat and managed to view it same day and get paper work done and got the keys. Easy and simple. Other agencies was a big struggle for me personally.
