When i first saw my new home in Dixons i fell in love. I went to a couple of mortgage advisors, who didnt want to work or care. I contacted Gemma who was very friendly, sympathetic and kind and pointed me in the direction of Denise their mortgage advisor in house. Denise was incredible and optimistic from start to finish and helped me get my beautiful dream home. In the last month before completion, it was such a hard Journey with the bloke i was buying off was being difficult, Gemma and Andy were incredible with helping me and being a mediator between both parties. If ever i need anything in the future i can count on Dixons. Thank you so much guys.

Dixons have been great when helping me and my wife to move home. Denise and Andy were fantastic, professional and offered us advice that benefitted us for the future. Denise being the Mortgage expert is excellent in finding the right mortgage offers and insurance cover that suited our family and protecting us financially for the future. They also ensured me and my wife were kept informed of any updates, checked up on us regularly and were always contactable for any advice we needed spending the time to explain the things to me and my family. A week ago I started the procedure to rent a house through Dixon Erdington , I put the deposit through and documentation only to receive a unprofessional email stating that my financial documents were not accepted when the agency it self didn’t ask for any financial documentation to begin with , therefore they wouldn’t be able to release my deposit back . My credit score is fully maxed , never I ever got refused by agencies or companies because of my credit . But yet dixon has refused me for NO REASON and took my money . That’s what they do to people to steal their money

We enlisted Dixons to sell my late Aunt's property. Very professional in all their dealings with us. High quality pictures of the property attracted huge interest from many genuine, potential buyers (13 in under 24 hours !). Although the first sale fell through (buyer found out could not convert front garden into access drive), Dixons quickly contacted those with an original interest and it re-sold in under 48 hours. They are very proactive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Special mention to Gemma and Andy, who we specifically dealt with. If your a first time buyer and feel intimidated or find the idea of buying a house daunting I cannot recommend Zahida the mortgage consultant enough. What felt like an extremely worrying and scary process was just dissolved into a simple and straight forward task. Everything was explained and made simple from day one and each step of the way were kept informed without fail. Any issues that arose she quickly resolved keeping us notified all the time. Again I cant recommend Zahida enough as the level of service and professionalism that we experienced made the house buying process into something to look forward too about owning a home for ourselves as this in the end is the main goal!

The service me and my partner have received from Zahida has been amazing! We are first time buyers so we didn't always understand the legal jargon. Anytime we needed to talk Zahida was always able to help and if she couldn't she'd point us in the right direction. She's always so polite and friendly, made us feel completely at ease; it's as if we've know her for years. Zahida has gone above and beyond for us, responding to our queries out of hours; even after countless emails she's still such a delight to deal with. Questions that you might think are silly, she never makes you feel like that and answers them anyway.
