GoogleAbsolutely cowboy like organisation, don't pay rent on time. Constantly have to call to request for the rent to be paid. Better off renting your property privately yourself as your having the headache of everything anyway. The staff are clueless and unprofessional. Hasn't paid my rent for over three months now.

GoogleAshley Bourne gave us a sterling service from start to finish. Sold our house in the first 24 hours to the first buyer that walked through the door! Wished I had found these guys when I was renting the property as dixons gave us a very disappointing service!

GoogleWe used Ashley Bourne to sale our house, we sold it very quickly, when the sale fell through due to COVID, they helped us straight away and luckily was able to sale it again fast. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Would never use another agent!

GoogleI have waited almost 1 month after signing a contract to sell my flat to get listed on Rightmove & Zoopla, and despite seveal emails and phone calls, still no answer other than a 'techical problem'. Do not waste your time with this outfit. AVOID.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant estate agent. I had no luck or support from the estate agent I was using before. Then Ashley Bourne took over and sold our home in no time and dealt with everything. I wouldn't even consider using another agent in the future.

GoogleI called an endless amount of times to get a property viewing. Some days later, the phone was picked up by a not-very-nice gentleman, who never came back to me to arrange the viewing as he said he would. Time waste.

GoogleAttention Landlords - do NOT give your property to Ashley Borne, your property will get ruined, you will not receive your rent, no one will bother to respond to your emails or phone calls. Go to a proper estate agent

GoogleWe had great service from the team at ashley borne. They helped us negotiate the sale 3 times(2 pulled out, of no fault of ashley borne). They were great at seeing that the effort snd quality of the finish made the house a market leader on the road. This led them to work hard finding a buyer who respected this.

GoogleDO NOT USE. Currently not registered with any property redress scheme. Also request all paperwork from them and verify with the tenant on the rent being paid. They have agreed rents higher than what they have told the landlord and subsequently pocketing the balance.

GoogleAbsolutely avoid. Put our house up for sale with very easy covid 19 safeguarding request, such as to wear a mask. The MANAGER Estate agent then told viewers "don't bother im not wearing one im not bothered" and then proceeded to lie to us several times until admitting what he had done with various other lies and cover ups.

GoogleWhat a rubbish company and manager, takes on properties and does not pay monthly rent. Taken 3 months rent and not paid it to us.
