GoogleI booked a viewing with James and I called in the morning in the office to confirm. I was running late for 5 mins and called the property earlier to confirm and I actually was late for 2 mins and James left . Very unprofessional behaviour I wouldn’t trust this agency.

Despite they hired people to do the initial check in report, they ignored all our requests when we had disagreements with the landlord and asked for their help. After a long wait, our deposit was returned to a previous tenant who moved out a year ago 🤷🏻♀️ …

Handed all my information to telemarketers, now get scam calls on a daily basis claiming my letting agent "Arkade Property" is requiring me to set something up and then going on to try and sell me something pointless. Even had one call claiming they were phoning about my letting reference check, using that information to attempt to pressure sell me some pointless insurance while giving off the impression that if I declined the reference would be rejected.

GoogleRented with them for over two years. Staff it's a mix and match with some very nice and helpful people but also some extremely malicious individuals. Happy I don't have to deal with them again and wouldn't go back to renting with them.
Hi Alexandra, we are sorry to hear that you had a mixed experience with Arkade. After looking in to your case we can see that you vacated the property without paying the last rent and left the property in a terrible condition which left the Landlord out of pocket. Due to this we had to use your deposit to pay the Landlord the rent and bring the property back up to standard to rent to the next Tenant. The Landlord and Arkade Property did a lot for you in regards to helping you and you disappointed us with the way you ended the tenancy. Dear Mohamed, I am sorry to have received this review from you on Google. At Arkade we always strive to perform to the highest standard and provide a happy, thorough and professional service to all our clients. I have researched in to your tenancy which you had with Arkade now two years ago. I remember us discussing the end of your tenancy and I am trying to understand why you have left this review. I have all our e-mail correspondence between you and I which all of it is friendly, professional and ended on amicable terms. I can send these to you if you so wish. In regards to the deposit, this is an unfair comment, we held back part of your deposit not the full amount. If you recall (I have the e-mails) we came to a mutual agreement in regards to the costs at the end. We held part of the deposit back due to the property not being clean when you vacated, also as you smoked in the property, we took a small contribution towards the decoration costs and replacement blinds as there was a strong smell of smoke. GoogleRented a flat with a huge amount of problems, unwilling to fix problems, the toilet didn't even work, they gave us a bucket. Had to directly contact the landlord who knew nothing about the state of the property to get anything fixed. Cowboys.
