GoogleWe didn't list our previous property through Apple Property Solutions, however our sellers listed with them and so our new house purchase went through Apple. We found them to be professional and very helpful. They helped explain things we didn't understand at the time and were great at chasing things through so that we met important deadlines along the way.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend using Apple Property Soultions. I've delt with them for nearly a couple of years and at their best they are unprofessional, unreliable and at times rude. I'm amazed they are still in business. With such a wide choice of estate agents available in the Great Barr area your better off giving these guys a miss. Don't be tempted by their low rates and glossy marketing.

GoogleThey did what it says on the tin! The house was put on the market, with a practical and honest valuation. The house sold. Each viewing was done with an Apple representative. I was kept fully up to date ie the buyers updates. This was handled professionally, and efficiently. Happy to recommend Apple Property Solutions and Dave. Thank you

GoogleDo not trust Mr Digpal - he is a dishonest man who has defrauded our small business for only a small amount of money. If he is prepared to act this way I would recommend you stay well away from him.
