GoogleMy sister enquired about a property and went to see it today, only to be told that 1. The agent was late and 2. After seeing the property and wishing to start the rental process, was told that someone else had started the referencing process, so why waste people’s time and money to travel and see a property that is not available? This is not just unprofessional but something to be reported to Trading Standards as well, as these poor practices seem to be a common occurrence in Birmingham to most of the letting agencies. Not to worry, we will complain formally about every single one. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleReally poor experience. I submitted an enquiry to view a property at the start of May. Didn't hear back from anyone. I had to call the office a week later to ask if I could arrange a viewing as nobody had contacted me at which point they confirmed my details were on their system and I was told that they were arranging to collect the keys from the owner and someone would be back in touch to organise the viewing. Nobody contacted me for a couple of weeks, at which point I rang the office to see if there had been any progress to be told 'It's not very good' that nobody has contacted me and that they've done multiple viewings on the property during that period and now have several offers on it. The man said he would be back in touch with me after discussing further with his colleague, but again this hasn't happened. I doubt the property owner would have been too impressed at the situation either if he knew they were ignoring potential buyers.

GoogleI used Apple Property to let my flat, they are honestly the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Everything was taken care of very quickly (took about 2 weeks from engaging Apple Property to finding tenants and signing). The tenants they found have been wonderful, they pay in a timely fashion and have been really accommodating with any issues. The customer service at Apple Property is absolutely excellent, I’ve never had to chase once for anything, all of the team are very polite and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking.

GoogleThe service provided by Apple Property Solutions was excellent. Dave and Jake went above and beyond was expected of them. Throughout my purchase Dave provided support were needed. After I purchased my property he even recommended contractors to assist with the installation of my new kitchen and bathroom. I will be recommending Apple Property Solutions to my friends and family if they ever need to purchase or sell their property. GoogleReally professional, helpful and friendly estate agents. Dave Singh is a star. I was purchasing a property through Dave and it took over a year because of several underlying issues related to planning on the site followed by Covid. Dave was supporting the sale process all the way, managing expectations for the vendor from beginning to end. He went out of the way to help get several surveys and repair quotes done which no other estate agents do..I have already asked him to source more properties for me and handing over my existing portfolio to him. Highly recommend them. Thank you Dave and Apple property...

GoogleAbsolutely wasted my time 6 weeks waiting for an answer back on a commercial property which i was very keen on taking regardless of what bid they threw at me … Just found out they given it to some one …no response… very unprofessional… don’t even bother dealing with these lot in the future

It has been a very challenging few weeks for me and the family they totally understood the situation and acted with the utmost professionalism throughout. Me and the family are very happy with the chosen property. Although there are a few minor issues, Apple Property Solutions were and are straight on it to get them rectified. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank them for everything in regards to the house move. They have been fantastic all through the process. For all your housing needs, I definitely recommend Apple Property Solutions, that's for sure.

GoogleExceptional Service from Dave and the team who helped immensely in my house purchase and Dave was always available to help and push the process along when needed. I would highly recommend using Apple for any rental or home purchases as you do not get the same level of personal service at any other estate agency in Birmingham.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional establishment. No notifications sent to me. I called to confirm and they didn't have me booked in on their system. Dave (proprietor) arrived late to the viewing also double booked me with another family. Don't usually comment as I know it's hard to run a business nowadays as most places are short staffed BUT Dave who owns the business seemed to be a lovely individual initially however the execution isn't quite there. Asked me to wait even after calling and confirming my timeslot to view property. I would approach with caution if dealing with anyone at Apple property solution. All the best with your future endeavours.

YellToo busy!
Totally disorganised, aloof, cantankerous company! Emails are not professional, they make promises that they don’t keep and the owners were late and flustered every time I met them. Whilst renting a property we contacted Apple about some problems that had arisen in the property, none of these issues were resolved. Absolutely insist on a photographic inventory, the owner of the property we rented didn’t do one and upon leaving accused us of damage we did not do even after an exit inventory had been done by Apple. We tried to sort this issue out but Apple seemed to do everything possible stir trouble, not help and automatically sided with the owner of the property because they didn’t seem to understand they had no right to accuse us of this without evidence. I was calling them 3-4 times a day to resolve this issue for over a week and every time they said they would do something to resolve this then didn’t do it, either that or they would say they will call back, then hang up on me. Their continued excuse was they were too busy. I wont be using their services again!
