I was sent an email by this company thanking me for allowing me to sell my home. I've never instructed this company to sell anything for me, least of all my home! I once booked a house viewing with them apparently. GDPR rules don't mean much to this company obviously. I instructed them to remove any and all details of mine, and allegedly they have, but not before receiving very officious email responses. Best to avoid this company in my opinion.

Initially contact was excellent, sometimes after a viewing without my presence, the burglar alarm wasn't set correctly (alarmed door left open - I knew about it due to an indoor remote camera). Post sales, Britt was calm, reassuring and helpful - full marks to her.
