An unexpectedly enjoyable experience.

I had a very strong opinion on what should be emphasised about the house - these included the location, general size, large garden, all big ticket items replaced and safety checks completed satisfactorily. Mark picked up on these and immediately led the viewings from this aspect in a very positive but subtle way. He showed the property in a very honest and straightforward fashion and I felt he made all the viewers feel comfortable and at ease. From my perspective it was an enjoyable and stress free experience. By the time I arrived home after the viewings, there were already two offers in my email inbox. The property was previously managed by another estate agent and I was very disappointed with that experience - from initial photographs and write-up to the 'offers' received, so these dealings with A P Morgan and Mark & Paul this morning have gone a long way to remedy that disappointment. The only small criticism I would have is that with six back-to-back viewings on 15 minute intervals, was not giving the viewers quite enough time for proper discussion. I felt that a couple of the viewers would have appreciated a little longer to get answers to questions they had, as there is quite some history with the house. Overall, extremely happy.

Great photos and brochure

Only just put the house on the market but just wanted to mention Chloe the photographer, She took some great photos really making the most of the rooms and garden area. The brochure was with me the same day and so was the house on the market with all photos, room plans and wording being agreed.

Overall I feel that the company is well known for selling great properties within the region but I had a bad experience with them personally. I initially placed an offer on a property and following this had the property reevaluated by a property developer/ family friend. After realizing there was some issues I decided to retract my offer. Since then, I have had a biased and unfair service from the company: - Viewings not being offered at all when new properties were put on the site - Being told lies by a particular colleague that another property I was interested in had an offer accepted on a Saturday however when I checked with another colleague a decision wasn't to be made by Monday, hence trying to budge me out of a potential buying situation which I found very disappointing - Being told by the manager that I was in the first batch of viewings for next week but then receiving a call saying the property had been sold a week before 'first batch' viewings had commenced. After complaining the manager finally got back to me to clarify that they are not mistreating me however I am yet to feel like they are trying their best to help me going forwards. I feel there is a sense of arrogance from the employees who feel they can toy with buyers at their own discretion. Overall, I feel treated very unfairly by the company on multiple occasions and feel let down for just trying to purchase a home. I DO NOT recommend this company to first time buyers as they will be left feeling demoralized and unmotivated in their search for a new home. I will not be contacting them again for their services. 2 star service at most.

Went to view a house today, the lady was lovely and really helpful with questions we have and showing us around the house, telling us things we might forget to ask about the house. People I have spoke to on the phone aswell are all lovely and helpful, nothing was to much hassle for them.
