GoogleOverall very pleased to be with 10x Rising, despite a slight difficulty in the initial process, things were fixed and I was able to move into my room.
This looked as advertised and the video tours were very helpful during the pandemic when reduced contact was important, ( I was able to move in without physical contact with anyone).
Moving along 9-10 months Adrianna (Letting Agent) was very helpful in making sure things were helpful and functional in the house, and was able to help me with adjusting my payment schedule when my circumstances changed, I am very grateful for the team (Abbas) and Adrianna for their support.

We have clearly outlined our eligibility criteria to applicants in advance to ensure transparency. To qualify for tenancy, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The savings account balance must be equivalent to at least three months' rent.
- The account balance must not have gone negative at any point in the statements.
- The applicant's salary must be at least 2.5 times the rent.
- Salary must have been received consistently over the past three months.
- A rental history with previous landlords is required, with proof of timely payments.
- The applicant must have a permanent full-time job. If employed under a zero-hour contract, they must inform their sales advisor before paying the holding deposit, as such contracts do not meet our criteria.
- No CCJ's on your credit record
- The holding deposit is non-refundable if misleading information has been provided.
As these conditions were clearly communicated in advance, we are genuinely surprised by the misleading claims suggesting dishonest practices while you have been informed of the requirements in advance, yet provided misleading information and then call our staff whilst being rude constantly. You nor your guarantor passed the checks while requirements were sent in advance prior to collecting a holding deposit. We take integrity and customer concerns very seriously, always striving to maintain transparency and professionalism in our services. Our goal is to ensure a fair and straightforward process for all applicants, and we are always available to address any questions or clarify any misunderstandings.
