GoogleWe bought our property through Glenn & Co and found them to be very professional and provided great comms throughout the process with Glenn returning calls quickly and efficiently when unavailable to take them direct. Also to be noted Glenn takes great care of his vulnerable customers and provided sage advice and guidance throughout the sale. Many thanks Glenn, much appreciated.

GoogleTreated us (as a buyer) like absolute trash. Appalling really, considering it was Glenn doing the communications with us. We wanted to view the property for a second time after missing one appointment (although we did cancel officially on the day and stated at the point of booking that something is planned this date, so please watch this date). They only do viewing between 9 and 4 on weekdays and dont work Sundays. . . Was told we were not serious buyers and that basically he wasn't interested in us. We are very much in a position to buy quickly, this poor vendor who decided to use this awful estate agents has no idea that the pompous / self righteous attitude of a manager / MD has absolutely deterred us from even contemplating this house again. I would suggest either a) do not use this estate agent (one man band) or b) Glenn goes for some attitude / sales training and understand's how to treat potential buyers. If you would like to discuss further Glenn, please feel free, I am not doing this anonymously, and I hope that the seller you are 'working' for currently in Birchington see's this review. A poor choice of estate agents this one.

Last year my husband and I finally found a property to buy and it was listed with Glenn & Co. The agent who showed us the property was professional and knowledgeable and we made a full price cash offer that same day, which was accepted. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed and all our questions were answered, making the buying experience as pleasant as possible, as it is a stressful time. I highly recommend Glenn & Co., especially if buying locally.
