GoogleNever having sold a house before I was very unsure as to the process, however Glen was amazing. He explained the steps needed and undertook some of the processes himself, I cannot thank him enough. He was approachable, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend his company.

GoogleFrom start to finish, our dealings with Glenn at Glenn & Co were excellent and we wish we'd marketed with him sooner! He gave us a much-needed market appraisal after we were schmoozed by the bigger agents in the high street. But bigger is rarely better when it comes to business that involves people and the buying and selling of their homes. Glenn has a wealth of experience in Birchington and the local area. He promises traditional values: honest conversation, regular unprompted updates and building relationships with his clients. He works hard to keep chains together and that relies on excellent communication skills and trust - rare qualities in our experience of estate agency over the many years we've bought and sold. To top it all, Glenn called today to thank us for our business. Something so simple yet it blew us away - he cares about his customers and their trust in him, a value that is lacking in the corporatised agencies. Thanks to Glenn and the team for a refreshingly positive selling experience. We hope to find our next home through you in the new year. Needless to say we recommend Glenn over any of the other local agents.

Google12 years ago we bought our home in Minnis Bay through Glenn and Co. We had such a good experience, that we always said we would go back to him to sell. This week we have just completed our sale with Glenn. Once again, staight forward, honest, efficient, easy to deal with and indepentent. We would be more than happy to recommend.

GoogleSadly, I cannot recommend dealing with this estate agent. A nice chap to talk with, although I felt very let down by NOT receiving any feedback on the viewings of my house, he never contacted me to inform of comments, or offers or even a courtesy call or email after any of the viewings. He only called usually to arrange a hasty viewing at times with short notice.

GoogleGlen & his team really did understand my requirements & worked so hard to find me a home in the area that I wanted to move to. All the big agencies just didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted & felt like I didn’t matter to them. Will definitely use Glen & Co should I have to move again.

In a challenging market he maintained his professionalism and communicated well considering we were selling a family property from overseas. GoogleWell, what can I say ... Glenn looked after my Grandparents when they first moved into Birchington some 28 years ago now. He oversaw any moves that they did within the village and they classed him as a personal friend ever since. Since sadly losing my Grandparents, Glenn has then looked after myself & the family as we moved forwards with having to sell their much loved home. He has given us the same, personal and high quality service and ensured that the sale went smoothly and that their home has gone to a lovely couple who will love and appreciate the house, just as much as Doris & Doug did for all those years before them. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Glenn.

GoogleIf you're in any doubt about using Glenn & Co to buy or sell your property, look no further. Glenn & David are first class. I have used them to do both, once to buy my current Bungalow and recently to sell my Mothers house due to her passing. As you can imagine a difficult time, what with Probate red tape and the added stess of family matters. Glenn is really on top of the local market and is well respected, he's also on first name terms with just about every local business that you are going to need. I can't recommend Glenn and David highly enough.
