FacebookI want to thank the Avocado team for making our house sale such a positive experience. From asking you to value our home on 8 September to the completion on 11 December the whole experience has been smooth and easy. The day when you first valued the house you told me you knew you had a buyer who’d “99% buy this house”. Two days later he and his wife went for a viewing and did place an offer. This saved us preparing the house for market, getting photographs and generally making it good to market. From then on you kept us informed on the progress. Chased solicitors in the chain to secure exchange of contracts and then completion despite Covid-19 restrictions and limitations. I’ve already recommended you to others and will continue to do so. The end to end personal touch that Avocado offers is a much welcome relief in a life event which can be quite stressful. Thank you.
