GoogleI can't fault Skitts at all. Both Jordan and Evie offered a fantastic service and were very efficient and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date throughout the process and were on hand to give advice when I needed it. They instinctively understood exactly what I need as a seller and made an initially daunting process very easy.

GoogleHaving an idea to move house and went to view a property with Jordan, had a chat and got the ball rolling as we didn't know where to start, he's been such a great help, very professional as well as knowledgeable and kind, very easy to speak to and is always prompt at getting back to you as soon as he can if you have an queries. We originally used skitts to buy our first house and they have still maintained top quality standard after all these years. Definitely recommend these guys, even though someone else is now finalising our sale and purchase he's still there if I need any help or advice. Thanks guys. GoogleThe staff at Skitts made the whole process of selling my late father‘s property very easy, they kept me and the family informed at every step. They worked very hard on our behalf making sure that they got the best, not necessarily the highest, offer for the house. Too many agents are keen to quote high prices in order to win business, but Skitts were very realistic in their valuation and I would recommend them. I would have given them five stars, but sadly I have to pay them for their services so I’ve knocked one off :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Trying to get any information regarding land thats for sale is nigh on impossible. Whats it actually mean that there 3rd party, surely they know who is the seller, sellers agent or the auctioneers that are dealing with it. The staff are most unhelpful and can’t get you off the phone quick enough. I thought the idea was to be as helpful as possible and make money selling things. Disgraceful service!

Re iterating on the review to avoid these at all costs. These are Un professional and do not want to communicate. I put in an offer on a property 3 days it took for me to eventually get an answer when I told them to cancel the valuation on my own property. They then told me they would do everything they could to sell my property to secure the new property. They decided to communicate the property I was interested in purchasing had been sold by contacting one of my family members and did not ring me directly. They even told me I had to increase my offer to the asking price which I did and then told me the property had sold over the asking price. Muppet show!

Ive been renting a property since for a few years now and disgusted with the water facilities a house that is 30 years of age with an immersion heater an electric shower should be banned, it should be a combi boiler with a mixertap shower the owner needs to learn respect for his cleanliness clearly he has none This property will be taken from the owner in due time
