Skitts great bridge what can I say, the help and guidance I have received on the journey to sell my house was second to none brilliant, especially coming from Neeta and also her team. There was some ups and downs due to buyers but Neeta kept the ball rolling and bringing potential buyers in then finally sealing the deal for me. I couldn’t recommend this company enough I realy can’t. Thank you

Fantastic experience with these guys. Very knowledgeable. Helped me from sale to completion. Kept me up to date through out. Always on hand to answer questions. I could get through almost every time and when I couldn’t they would always call me back. My solicitor was great and I had a lot of questions/ things I was unsure of and because Skitts’s are so experienced and knowledgeable they reassured me and helped me understand certain things. I could not recommend them enough. They really helped me especially Louise in post sales who would communicate urgent matters even on her days off. It’s a thankless job and I am so grateful I had the help of these wonderful people throughout this process

Negative experience, lack of professionalism, abrupt and intimidating staff team. We proposed a offer which was laughed at by Jordan, he deemed it appropriate to tell us the vendor ‘wouldn’t bother considering it’. More fool him, our offer was accepted and we were delighted as we were purchasing our first home. Fast forward several months, Skitts had failed to notify us of probate, this led to immense frustration as we had no timeframes, no correspondence and no support from the team at Skitts. Louise was our appointed sales progressor whom failed to fulfil her job description and did not contact us according to Skitts policy which was every two weeks. On multiple occasions we would attempt to contact Louise requesting further updates, she would speak abruptly and become rather intimidating and aggressive when liaising with her. A few months on, we have purchased another property and thankfully it was NOT through Skitts Bilston. I would NOT recommend the Bilston branch. The staff team at Bilston have poor manners, lack professionalism and do not fulfil their expected duties within a timely manner. They lack ethical responses and eloquence when speaking to their clients.

Chantelle is terrible

I would leave a 0 star review but I have to 1 as a minimum. Chantelle is terrible, we had a viewing and she was 30 minutes late, she has no respect for anyone else’s time nor does she have any punctuality skills. If any property fails to find a buyer then it’s because of her as she does not do a good job in trying to sell the house. She should not be allowed to give any viewings and wastes all of our time.

Have no problem in reccomending Jordan, Sam and Louise at Skitts. They have been tremendous, making the task of selling and buying an easy painfree experience. Jordan and Sam took care of valuing, photos and brouchures. Louise took care of liasing between all parties, sellers/buyers, and our solicitors. We had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process of selling our house with Skitts Bilston thanks to Sam, Jordan and Louise. No question or query was too hard or left unanswered. The valuation provided by Jordan was spot on and we were extremely happy with the selling price he achieved. Viewings were scheduled for Saturday and on Monday we agreed on the sale. The whole process was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner and took only three months. We were selling for the first time and we had a feeling that we can trust the whole team and that they are acting in our best interest. Sam always had time to assist us on short notice. We didn't had to chase a single thing: Louise was always on top of everything, staying in contact with all the parties interested, and in the kindest and most informative way. The best assets of Skitts, Bilston are the staff. Their knowledge and professionalism are first class, the customer service is excellent, they know their business and go about it with enthusiasm but without aggressive or hard sell attitudes. This ensures that sellers and buyers feel comfortable and confident in the process during what can be a very stressful situation. We thought long and hard about using a traditional estate agent as opposed to the online route but decided that we didn’t want to do it ourselves. That decision has paid dividends as the house went up for sale on Monday and we had 3 offers by Wednesday. Everything so far has run smoothly with sensible advice and information provided.
