Would like to thank Trevor at Parabar Billericay for his excellent service. First for selling us a lovely home, and second for always being available to us to help deal with any queries or problems. He always seemed to find the time to help us, as well as keep us up to date with the whole process. Thank again Trevor.

You need this team in your life. Highest recommendation for ParaBar, with special mention to Trevor and Wayne. Having never purchased a house before their patience, support, industry knowledge and good humour throughout the process made it all manageable. Huge thank you.

I couldn’t recommend ParaBar enough. I had my house on the market for 6 months with another agent decided to change and within a month ParaBar had sold it. They have handled the sale brilliantly and have helped me all the way, I’d particularly like to mention Wayne in particular who went more than the extra mile to secure the sale and I exchanged today. Everyone I have spoken to has been pleasant and extremely helpful. They know the area and house market really well. All I can say is a big thank you and if you want to sell your house in my opinion you won’t find a better company to do it.

My parents living in the property for over 14 years. They refuse to give tenancy agreement and the letter regarding receiving the payments on time for the last 3 years. Due to my parents refused to pay more rent for the property. By seeing In what state is the property after the renovation which has been done by us. the greedy agency decided that they will put the prices up. When the people above flud parents every 3 months, the agency tells them to deal them self's. Disgusting parabar!!! Disgusting customer service.

ParaBar sold our property within a week, they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, always accompanied the viewings at the start. They chased the chain through to completion thoroughly and always had an informative update for us. Would definitely use them again! Thanks to Kirsti and the team.
