GoogleAfter using Karim @ ParaBar Estate Agents since buying my first house I can’t recommend them enough and they would always be my first choice. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and certainly do go above and beyond. Wayne was there from start to finish and nothing was never too much trouble - contacting who ever he needed to speak to, to keep things going. Really do appreciate everything Wayne and the team done. Keep up the amazing work ParaBar.

GoogleAVOID PARABAR AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. Parabar in Billericay has been the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. They failed to pay me my rent that was due, and their negligence led to illegal tenants being placed in my property. These tenants completely wrecked my home, and it’s clear Parabar didn’t bother doing the proper checks. All they seemed interested in was their commission from the sale, absolutely no regard for me as a landlord. Communication was appalling throughout the whole process. Emails were ignored, calls were dodged, and when they did respond, it was like talking to a child. As you can see from the photo attached, their grammar and professionalism are shockingly poor. This company is incompetent, untrustworthy, and a complete nightmare to deal with. I’m now left picking up the pieces from their total disregard for their responsibilities. Spare yourself the stress and find a professional agency instead.

GoogleWe can’t recommend ParaBar Estate Agents highly enough. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help us through, what turned out to be a marathon sale and purchase. Wayne kept us posted at every stage and chased up solicitors too. We found all the staff so helpful - we appreciate their hard work !

GoogleWayne went out of his way to support the sale of our property from getting it market ready to dealing with solicitors and getting completion within six weeks of offer being accepted . The service was outstanding.

GoogleThis review is on behalf of my mother. We would highly recommend Parabar Estates for the sale of my property. Karim was extremely helpful in dealing with the sale. He communicated directly with my solicitors to help this process run quickly and smoothly.

GoogleWayne thank you so much for your exceptional support and guidance throughout the process of purchasing our home. I particularly appreciated your clear communication and responsiveness at every stage, as well as your willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything progressed efficiently. Thank you once again for your dedication and hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others and look forward to working with you again in the future.

GoogleWe sold my parents property via Parabar Estates, our agent was Wayne. Sadly my Dad was diagnosed with an illness and passed away very quickly after he listed the property. Wayne couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding at the time. Once all was over Wayne set about helping us sell the property as quickly as possible, however being sensitive and understanding with my mum who was finding it all very hard. The process post offer of touching base with all parties pushing the sale forward as quickly as possible, was second to none and we couldn’t have done it without Wayne. We couldn’t say thank you enough to Wayne and are truly grateful for his guidance and help. I had never sold a property before and Wayne spent a lot of time explaining how everything works to my sister and I. Thank you again. Holly and Victoria

GoogleWe have lived in Billericay for many years and I chose ParaBar because it has been a presence on the High Street ever since we moved here so I knew it was a well established local agency. What a good decision! Wayne Shayler took us under his wing and his extensive knowledge of the market and excellent, timely advice was invaluable to us. He was always available to answer our queries and contacted us regularly with updates - I honestly think we couldn’t have chosen a better agent. Thank you so much Wayne! Everyone in the office was unfailingly polite and helpful and we are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend ParaBar.

GoogleI would highly recommend ParaBar Estates, they are a fantastic estate agents with very friendly professional staff. A special thank you to Wayne who helped me through out the whole process beginning to end of buying my first home, he went above and beyond in more ways imaginable to get things sorted and helped me more than he needed to. A stressful situation made pleasant. So once again a huge thank you to the team.

GoogleMany thanks to Karim for his excellent advice, chasing up the sale and keeping me notified at all times. This was not an easy process but we would not have completed without his perseverance. I couldn't make a higher recommendation.

GoogleWe purchased our first home through Parabar Estates. Knowing we had a baby on the way our time was of the essence (the conveyancing had to be a swift operation).Karim and his team went above and beyond to help secure our new home upholding professionalism and guidance at all times . Karim was in communication with us throughout the whole process and continued to chase solicitors to keep the chain moving. A huge huge thank you to the team, we will definitely be using Parabar again. Best agents in Billericay!

GoogleParabar handled sale and purchase for me in January 2021. I cannot fault their service. Communication was excellent. I dealt with Karim, Trevor and Wayne who were all very professional and efficient. For my purchase I dealt mainly with Wayne Shayler and he was outstanding. I had numerous issues with my chain and other estate agents/solicitors who weren't so good at communication but fortunately, Wayne was constantly chasing on behalf of the whole chain. I honestly believe that if he hadn't been involved, the chain would of collapsed! I would highly recommend Parabar if you're planning on moving.

GoogleTop service! I can't recomend them enough. Wayne and the team at Parabar estates went above and beyond for my recent property purchase. Very helpful and friendly, they kept me updated at every step of the process. Chasing solicitors and people in the chain even on their day off! To complete the purchase quickly and smoothly. If and when I sell my property I will definitely be using Parabar estates again. Thank you

GoogleWe've recenty used Parabar to sell our property, and the whole process has been absolutely amazing. Wayne is very professional, knowlegable and honest, which made us trust his advice and judgement completely. If you are looking for an estate agency that is transparent, responsive, respectful, and will treat you as a partner rather than a quick potential fee source, we definetely recommed using ParaBar! They truly care about their clients which stes them far apart from any other agencies we've dealt with. We wouldn't think of using anyone else in the future.Thank you Wayne and the team for your hard work!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMy fiancé and I bought our first home through ParaBar. Trevor has been tremendous throughout. Nothing has been too difficult for him and he managed all communication very professionally between all parties. Trevor was very knowledgeable of the local area and shared appropriate information with us. I’d highly recommend ParaBar.

GoogleWayne and the team at Parabar absolutely went above and beyond helping us with our recent Property Sale. We had tried 2 other local estate agents before going to Parabar and I'm so glad we did. They were always available, helpful with our queries, they've kept us updated at every stage, stepped up when we had issues in our chain and I can honestly say that we probably wouldn't have even completed this decade if it wasn't for all the help Wayne has given us. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

They made the whole experience as stress free as possible, came up with solutions where possible and made a real difference to the completion of the chain. A solid local estate agent that doesn’t give you the big sell and under deliver. If you are looking to buy or sell speak with these guys first!! GoogleWe used Para Bar recently to rent our mother's property when she went into a home. The Lettings Manager, Lee, was very efficient and professional throughout and managed to let the house within a few days. We could not fault the service and would definitely recommend Para Bar's Letting Department.
Thanks for the review Jacquie. Kindest regards Parabar

GoogleExcellent and effective team - really decent people to deal with. Just to share a quick note to say thanks again to Lee and the team for all you've done to help make the letting transition go as smoothly as it did. Being the first in my experience, I wasn't sure what to expect, to be honest, and perhaps it sometimes can be complicated or difficult. Perhaps that's got most to do with who is leaving and how they do so, and who is arriving and how they look at the property. I'm really glad to hear everyone is happy. Either way, thanks for your help and guidance throughout.

GoogleRecently relocated from Surrey to Essex and was lucky enough to connect with Parabar to help us find a rental property. I Dealt with Lee who was very professional, engaging and most helpful when I had questions. Other office staff I spoke to when phoning in were likewise always helpful and friendly. Our move went smoothly and we are now settled into our new property. Would definitely recommend Parabar and will be using them again if and when we move.
