GoogleI did a viewing with Kelly at Taylors and she was absolutely outstanding at her job. She was very informative and extremely friendly. Unfortunately the property I initially viewed wasn’t for myself but she was proactive enough to have keys ready for another property that she believed was more suited to myself. In the end, this a property my wife and I decided to proceed with. I have never dealt with an estate agents quite like Taylors before, will most definitely recommend using them again!

GoogleHad a really good experience with Lincoln from Taylor’s from start to finish. We were so pleased with the communication and execution of the visits. Thank you for selling our house! The solicitors we worked with were a completely different scenario though. We will be taking further action with this and would not recommend to anyone, so hope Taylor’s do not recommend them for future sales.

GoogleAwful mismanaged lettings team. I would honestly give this zero stars if I could. I rented a flat on priory road through Taylor’s for 8 months. During that time I had no hot water for the first few weeks, it took numerous calls for this to be resolved. Male members of staff conduced a viewing at my property without my permission, I walked into my flat during my lunch hour and saw two men in the corridor, obviously caused huge amounts of distress and then complained and they apologised blaming this issue on staff shortages. Bear in mind I am a young woman in her early 20s living alone. It has been 5 weeks since I left the property and despite the landlord and estate agents agreeing the amount of deposit which should be paid back. I still have not received this. We had professional cleaners come in and clean the property prior to this they still tried to complain about the amount dust in the property and use this as an excuse to deduct from the deposit, luckily we had photos. I had a phone call 2/3 of the way through my tenancy length by a third party called commerce windows saying the door in the property was not a fire proof door and this is against all legislation. Poor communication on all fronts, you ring several times and no answer despite numerous voicemails, you email and hear nothing . I have tried to take these matters up with numerous representatives from Taylor’s themselves but to no avail. I have currently referred them to the property ombudsman who are the only organisations who have taken the matters seriously.
